Description:
Hire Resolve's client is actively seeking a talented Maintenance Planner to join their mining team in the Northern Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that improve efficiency and reduce downtime within the mining operations.Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules and plans that prioritize equipment reliability and performance.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and other departments to effectively manage maintenance tasks.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of maintenance activities and equipment histories.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• N4 Certificate in Engineering Studies
• Valid Trade Test Certificate
• Maintenance Management Certificate (Advantageous)
• 2 years' planning and maintenance experience
• 3 years' as an artisan in the mining industry.
• Valid Drivers' License
