National Diploma in Engineering Electrical/Mechanical or Technical qualification
Qualification in Project Management / Planning (Advantageous)
Plus, Red Seal Trade qualification advantageous
5 years experience in a similar position
Operations and Maintenance management experience
General management experience
Planning and related Proficient skills in applying business improvement techniques
Advanced skills in MS Projects
Excellent scheduling and resources management skills
Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel
Must be technically minded, and capable of introducing new ideas
Background in Power Station and Biomass Plant operation and maintenance
Strong engineering technical background on different equipment
Previous experience with a CMMS (Computerized maintenance management system)
