Maintenance Planning Manager
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance planning function, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of maintenance tasks across departments. This role requires hands-on experience in maintaining plant registers, coordinating critical equipment maintenance, and overseeing engineering stores and procurement processes. A concrete background in Procurement & Supply within a Production Maintenance environment is essential, as the candidate will manage engineering buying, stock control, and critical spare parts management.The ideal candidate should possess a National Diploma, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning within a production environment, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience working with senior management is also a key requirement.If you are proactive, action-oriented, and skilled at building high-performing teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
