in Jeffreys Bay is seeking a

Maintenance Supervisor

to join our team on a month-to-month contract basis. We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual who thrives under pressure, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and has experience managing machinery and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure machinery is maintained to optimal working standards. Create and implement effective maintenance procedures. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect and resolve issues. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs. Work as part of the maintenance team and not only in a supervisory role. Read and interpret technical drawings to guide maintenance activities. Comply with health and safety standards and regulations. Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards. Follow instructions from superiors and report any safety risks or damage to equipment. Perform CO2 welding for repairs as needed.

Requirements:

Must reside in

Jeffreys Bay.

A systematic, logical approach to solving problems. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment. Mechanical and/or electrical background is an advantage. CO2 welding experience is essential. 5 years' experience in a similar field. Matric certificate (pass) would be an advantage. Prepared to work overtime when required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
