Job PurposeThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing factory maintenance operations and resources to ensure the achievement of production targets while maintaining optimal product quality safely and efficiently.Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Job SpecificationsQualificationsMinimum Requirements:

• Certificate in a Technical or Maintenance-related field (NQF 5).
• Trade Test (NQF 5).
• Certificate in First Line Management (FLMP) (NQF 5).

Advantageous:

• Diploma in a Technical or Maintenance-related field (NQF 6).

ExperienceMinimum:

• Up to 5 years experience in Maintenance Operations within a Manufacturing environment.
• 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Up to 3 years working in shifts.

Advantageous:

• Additional experience in technical process optimization.

Competencies & SkillsTechnical Competencies

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, and other job-specific software.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations in a manufacturing setting.
