Job Description
A leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing Company in the Western Cape is on the hunt for a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor. They are looking for someone with a knack for excellence in production facility management, and a passion for operational efficiency.Minimum requirements:
- Fitter/Millwright Trade Test (Advantageous)
- N6 Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma
- 3-5 Years of Supervisory Experience in Maintenance
- Hands-On Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing
- Exceptional Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Proven Ability to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Tasks
- Outstanding Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Abilities
