Maintenance Technician (electrical & Compressor Experience Essential)
Job Description
Candidate Profile:- High energy individual. Must have a very hands-on approach
- Electrical or Mechanical diploma at least N2 level, or have plans to achieve this minimal level
- The capability to fit with company culture is a very strong determinant.
- Afrikaans & English (Strong communication skills essential)Principal Accountabilities:- Maintenance of air compressors, nitrogen generators and carbon dioxide scrubbers;
- Electro-mechanical fault finding;
- Project installation of new equipment on site, including pipe-work and electro-mechanical assembly;.
- On-site client liaison and Sales: Apart from the principle technical servicing role, the incumbent is expected to represent and promote the company's services on offer.Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Experience):- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
- Organised, able to work independently with a very hands-on approach;
- Must have a demonstrated interest in mechanical equipment and an appetite to understand the company's equipment control software (Automation);
- Comfortable to work under stress and should be willing to travel locally;
- Must be innovative and self-reliant and contribute to the effectiveness of the company;
