Job Summary Tech Gr 12/N3; 5-10 yrs exp in maintenance/production/packing of beverages/food into sachets/form-fill-seal/PET m/c. Weekly Draft production plan per m/c/daily unlock factory/turn on m/c/water pump/compressors/check water levels of tanks/oil level in compressor/ensure m/c reach correct ops temperatures/provide M/c Operators/Mixers with production schedule for the day/ensure correct product in production/QC checks are done/m/c running smoothly at correct speeds/ daily target reached. At end of day ensure m/c are cleaned/m/c/water feed to tanks/ compressors are turned off/track yields per kg of sachet material/prepare production report daily/assist month end stock takes. Prepare monthly maint plan/maintenance on pumps/mixing tanks/FFS m/c/ensure compressors/ tanks/water filtration working optimally/schedule maint service a month before due date/ensure preventive controls for short filled/leaking sachets. Maint bearings/change clutches/motors/brakes of all m/c/ vertical/horizontal knives/heating elements/thermal couples/rollers/knife pitch to run different sachet widths. Order critical spares/implement processes/limit wastage of sachet material reels between change overs/record any issues with sachet film/ask suppliers to rectify blending mix of PET/ LDPE reels.
