Management Accountant And Human Resource Administrator
Job Description
Our client, a leading global Non-Profit Organization (NPO), is seeking a dynamic and skilled Management Accountant & Human Resource Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for both Human Resource administration and financial tasks. Your duties will include processing company financial transactions, preparing financial management reports, and executing key financial controls within the finance department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Leave administration
Running payroll, in collaboration with the Head of Finance
Payroll journals
EMP201 & EMP501
Monthly payroll recons
Assist with drawing up financial management reports
Assist with the annual audit process
Other ad hoc duties as requiredSkills & Experience:
Experience with SAGE Pastel Partner
Experience with SAGE payroll system
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detailQualification:
