In addition to financial support, we also provide team members with the necessary study leave as well as any required guidance.The RoleWhat is the role?We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our growing team in CPT.What you will be exposed to:

• Monthly accounting and processing for a portfolio of SMEs.
• Payroll processing via Simple Pay.
• Legislative processing (i.e All SARS types of returns - VAT, PAYE, ITR)
• Engaging with clients and solving accounting problems. Communicating with clients on accounting needs and processing. Building strong client relationships
• Provisional Tax calculations and discussions with clients.

• Adhoc accounting project work, queries, and advice as requested from clients.
• Providing financial management support to SMEs.

• Be someone who wants to learn and is willing to take on new challenges. This will suit someone who enjoys the idea of working with Startups and Small businesses.
• Someone who wants to learn and grow and has a good knowledge of working on computers and the ability to learn various software packages.
• You are on track to attain your, CGMA, or Professional Accountant (SA), with completed articles.
• Degree/Honours Degree in Management Accounting or Accounting.
• Experience in cloud base systems such as XERO, Dext/Hubdoc, SimplePay, Dear Systems, Vend.
• Experience in drafting Annual Financial Statements on CaseWare or DraftWorx
• Experience in a client-facing role
• 3-5 years experience in an accounting-related role.
