• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support key business decisions. You will provide detailed analysis and insight into costs, margins, and financial performance across multiple areas of the business.
• Manage product costing processes, ensuring that accurate costs are allocated and helping drive profitability analysis to support pricing and product decisions.
• Prepare and present management accounts, highlighting key variances, trends, and financial performance metrics. Your reports will provide valuable insight to guide business strategy.
• Work closely with various operational teams to offer financial insights and help shape decisions that affect performance. Act as a trusted financial advisor to other departments.
• Ensure that financial processes, systems, and controls are efficient and compliant with company policies and relevant regulations. Your expertise will help maintain financial integrity.

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

• BCom degree.
• Started or completed your CIMA qualification (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a management accounting or financial analysis role, ideally within the FMCG industry or similar fast-paced sectors.
