As a high-growth start-up, they're seeking an ambitious and visionary Management Accountant to take ownership of their financial operations and drive strategic success across borders.:Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their fast-paced and entrepreneurial team. This role is perfect for a proactive finance professional with a deep understanding of property, investment, and international reporting. The successful candidate will take the reins on financial operations, offer powerful strategic insights, and play a pivotal role in guiding the company's long-term financial vision.Key Responsibilities:Property Portfolio & Investment Reporting:Oversee and analyse the financial performance of a wide-ranging property portfolio. Deliver financial reports covering ROI, capital expenditure, and operational efficiency.Global Financial Reporting:Lead the preparation of financial statements across the UK and Dubai. Ensure seamless reporting integration and compliance with international standards.Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:Deliver detailed financial forecasts and business insights to support strategic growth, acquisitions, and investment decisions.Ownership & Leadership:Take full ownership of all financial processes and systems.
