Job & Company Description:My client is a proudly South African business with a significant presence across multiple industries that including homecare. Having dominated the market for a century they have a diverse portfolio of brands catering to various consumer needs. This candidate will be a pivotal role in ensuring accurate cost accounting, financial analysis and decision support for the team.This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer, some of the responsibilities include monitoring and analysing production costs, including materials, labour and overheads, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including cost of goods sold analysis, variance reports and profitability analysis Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in manufacturing operations.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- CIMA preferred.
- 5 years minimum years of experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
- SAP
