- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Newly qualified / eligible to register CA(SA)
- Preferably CIMA Strategic Level qualification
- 2-3 years of financial experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Navision and HFM
- Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative, drive change, and continuously learn and develop professionally
- Budgeting
- Forecasting
- Conduct management accounting activities, including variance analysis, cost control, and performance evaluation
- Process ledgers and reconcile accounts
- Preparation of financial statements
- Drive process automation initiatives and system enhancements to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Support internal and external audits
