Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis Skills: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making by management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting Experience: Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain budgets, track performance against targets, and provide explanations for variances.
- Management Reporting: Preparing management reports, including financial statements, performance dashboards, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Communicating financial information effectively to stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
- A professional accounting qualification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is beneficial.
- 3 to 5 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience in management accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, or related areas is highly desirable.
