Job & Company Description:Our JSE listed client in the property sector is on the lookout for a Management Accountant to join their team. Established in the late 1990s, and headquartered in South Africa, they manage a diverse portfolio of retail properties and shopping centers serving urban and suburban areas. Their goal is to create value for investors through a combination of income generation and capital growth.
The successful candidate would ideally come from the property industry and will report to the Group FP&A and Treasury Manager. The main deliverables include preparing budgets and forecasts, preparing monthly management packs, conducting cost center reviews, and analyzing expenses.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Post-Graduate qualification
- Advanced Excel
- 5 years relevant experience
