Job Description
Are you a meticulous and results-driven professional with a passion for real estate finance? My client is seeking a dynamic Management Accountant to join their esteemed team.My client, who is a leading name in property investment and development and JSE listed is dedicated to delivering exceptional value to their stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial health of the company.Duties:
- Monthly Dashboard reporting
- Internal and external reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Compile board committee packs
- Financial Modelling
- Financial Analysis and variances
- BCom Honours in financial analysis, investment, or similar postgraduate qualification
- Minimum SAICA or SAIPA articles and 2 years post is preferred
- Studying toward CIMA or CFA is advantageous
