Job Description
A JSE listed property company, based in Johannesburg North, is looking for a talented individual to join their dynamic team!My client is a leading property company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, dedicated to excellence in property management, development, and investment. Their portfolio includes some of the most prestigious properties in the region, and they pride themselves on delivering outstanding value to their stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and strong with reporting.Duties:
- Internal and external reporting
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Financial analysis
- Financial modelling
- Commentaries to management
- BCom Honours in Accounting minimum
- CIMA or CFA
- SAICA or SAIPA articles completed is essential
- At least 2 years post-articles experience is required
- Experience in the property sector is preferred
