Role Overview:
As a Management Accountant within our team, youll play a vital role in analysing financial data, creating forecasts, and delivering insights that drive business success. This position requires a CIMA-qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience who excels at both technical financial management and strategic analysis.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
• Develop and monitor budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Support the month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on key projects.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist with implementing efficiency improvements.
• Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CIMA qualification is required and essential.
• 5+ years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably within the imaging and printing industries.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Extensive experience within management reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
