As a high-growth start-up, theyre seeking an ambitious and visionary Management Accountant to take ownership of their financial operations and drive strategic success across borders. : Our client is looking for a Management Accountant to join their fast-paced and entrepreneurial team. This role is perfect for a proactive finance professional with a deep understanding of property, investment, and international reporting. The successful candidate will take the reins on financial operations, offer powerful strategic insights, and play a pivotal role in guiding the companys long-term financial vision. Key Responsibilities: Property Portfolio & Investment Reporting: Oversee and analyse the financial performance of a wide-ranging property portfolio. Deliver financial reports covering ROI, capital expenditure, and operational efficiency. Global Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of financial statements across the UK and Dubai. Ensure seamless reporting integration and compliance with international standards. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Deliver detailed financial forecasts and business insights to support strategic growth, acquisitions, and investment decisions. Ownership & Leadership: Take full ownership of all financial processes and systems. Champion continuous improvement, performance measurement, and team empowerment.Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant (or equivalent), with strong knowledge of property and investment finance 4+ years experience in management accounting, preferably within real estate, property investment, or international finance Proven ability to produce detailed financial reports and strategic business cases Knowledge of UK and international accounting standards (Dubai exposure a plus) Strong communication skills, with a confident and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently in a growing, fast-moving environment Visionary thinking with the ability to align finance with broader business goals
