Job SummaryYukon International, part of Unlimited Group, is a leading South African producer, packer and exporter of a range of high-quality speciality exotic fruit & vegetables.Yukon International currently has a challenging career opportunity for an energetic and dynamic specialist to take responsibility for the commercial system procedures and management (including stock management, cost accounting, reporting and business financial analytics).Key Performance Areas:

• Assist the commercial team with costing analysis / investigations and provide subsequent reporting with recommendations
• Manage and maintain the ERP system and oversee all users in the departments effectively
• Inventory and stock management
• Packaging analysis
• Compile and manage reports for various departments (sales & procurement, freight, claims, costs)
• Conduct investigations on sales, costs of sales, program performance, etc.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Com Honours Management Accounting or other relevant tertiary qualification
• CIMA certification will be advantageous
• Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Navision ERP Software, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Power BI)
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in management/cost accounting, business analytics and ERP Systems
• Relevant experience in fresh produce exports or agriculture will be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on investigations and analytical reporting
• Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Well-developed pressure management skills
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends due to operational requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
• High energy levels
• Good interpersonal skills
