This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on couple with complementary skills and a passion for hospitality, conservation, and sustainable farming.DescriptionOur client is looking for a proactive and versatile management couple to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a game lodge and farm. The ideal candidates will be skilled in hospitality, farm and building management, project coordination, and event planning. Strong leadership abilities, financial acumen, and a keen understanding of wildlife conservation and sustainable hunting practices are essential.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Manage farm operations, including general maintenance and sustainability practices
• Handle project and building management to maintain and improve lodge facilities
• Plan and execute events and hunting experiences in line with conservation principles
• Ensure financial efficiency, including budgeting and cost management
• Lead and manage staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment

Minimum Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on experience in project and building management
• Knowledge of wildlife conservation and sustainable hunting
• Practical experience in farm maintenance and general operations
• Proven financial management and budgeting skills
• Preferably aged 30 45
• A passion for hospitality, sustainability, and outdoor living
• Live-in position at a private game lodge near Bela-Bela, North West
• Competitive market-related salary
