The ideal couple will have a passion for hospitality, the bush, and exceptional guest service.Position: Assistant Lodge Management CoupleResponsibilities:Assisting the general managers in the day-to-day management and upkeep of the lodge.Ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.Overseeing various lodge departments and maintaining high standards of service.Requirements for Him:FGASA Level 2Lead Trails Guide certificationPDP (Professional Driving Permit)First Aid certificationDEAT registration for the NW provinceOversee Guides and Maintenance departmentsMinimum of 5 years experience in a 5* lodgeExcellent command of the English languageTrustworthy, punctual, reliable, and presentableCapable of filling in for GM couple during their leaveOwn transportRequirements for Her:Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality (FOH/Reservations/Spa Therapist)Fully qualified somatologist (ITEC, CIDESCO, SAAHSP, or CIBTAC)Proficient in a range of spa treatmentsTrustworthy, punctual, reliable, and a team playerStrong administrative and organizational skillsGood communication skills and ability to exceed guest expectationsExperience with PANHospitality reservations and accounting system is an advantageHosting guests/agents and handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionallyOverseeing housekeeping department and performing room checksManaging and supervising lodge staff, work schedules, and performanceAttention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressureFlexible working hours and extra hours when requiredOwn transportSalary and Benefits:Salary: R30,000 - R35,000 per person per month for the couple, depending on experienceHer: 10% commission on spa treatmentsLive-in position (no pets or dependents)Meals and uniform providedWork Cycle: 6 weeks on and 2 weeks offAnnual leaveMedical aid (after 6 months)Provident fund (after 6 months)UIF contributionIf you are a dedicated couple with a passion for hospitality and the wilderness, and you meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
