Limpopo ProvinceSalary: Industry Related, depending on experience + HousingPlease note: The salaries offered by our clients are determined in accordance with market standards, while considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Management Couple to oversee the operations of their Game Lodge. The ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of lodge operations effectively. The male candidate must have experience within the hunting industry.Minimum requirements:

• Basic finance and budgeting skills (Either candidate may take on financial responsibilities depending on their strengths. This is not intensive as head office provides guidance)
• 3+ years working experience within the same or similar role
• Must be able to work long hours and weekend shifts, depending on bookings
• Able to relocate and live on site (details on accommodation will be discussed in the interview)

Male Candidate Responsibilities:

• Must have prior experience in the hunting industry and be able to oversee hunting-related activities.
• Supervise a team of general workers, the PH (Professional Hunter), and two hospitality managers. Must be comfortable managing maintenance projects, including lodge renovations and expansions.
• Basic mechanical knowledge will be beneficial to identify issues and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Ensure all fencing, roads, and infrastructure are well maintained.

Female Candidate Responsibilities:

• Manage housekeeping teams and oversee the lodges accommodation standards.
• While not required, any catering experience is a plus. Large events will have outsourced chefs.
• Assist the full-time events coordinator and the team from head office with events
