You'll have the chance to be part of a dynamic and supportive team and make a real difference by helping to save lives.A vacancy exists for a Manager- Blood BankBlood Bank - Department (Paterson Grade C5)Main Purpose:To manage the operations of the Blood Bank by maintaining and implementing policies and procedures as well as advise on technical issues relating to patients.To manage staff at optimum levels with the available resources in order to provide an efficient service. Perform analysis of sales and expenses as well as assessing information for trends so as to contain operating costs.Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- National Diploma in Biomedical Technology/ BTech in Biomedical Technology
- Registration with HPCSA
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification.
- 1 xe2x80x93 2 years of leadership experience
- Computer literate
- Have a friendly disposition and show a keen interest in the work.
- A willingness to work as part of a team is essential
- Attention to detail
