To manage and develop all available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch / PORs to ensure a sustainable and profitable branch income statement and balance sheet as well as entrenching a strong client-focused culture.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (FAIS aligned)
Experience Required:
5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services
Proven experience in branch management, including income statement management and all aspects related to sales and service
Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Relationship Management
Strong background in Personal and Private Banking products and services
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting
Advanced knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive sales performance and meet targets
Proficient in using banking software and MS Office suite
