Join Our Team as a

Manager, Business Improvement (MP)

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and optimizing business processes? We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenManager, Business Improvement (MP) to lead and manage initiatives that enhance performance across our business units. As the Custodian of Operational Excellence, you will play a key role in implementing and overseeing continuous improvement programs that foster innovation and drive efficiency.



In this position, you will be responsible for spearheading operational excellence strategies, ensuring the successful execution of optimization initiatives, and ensuring a seamless knowledge-sharing culture across Business Units. Your leadership will help identify opportunities for improvement, empower teams to deliver high-impact results, and promote a sustainable, excellence-driven environment.

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

B Eng (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum) Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Recommended/Desirable or) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years Relevant job-specific experience. Successfully managed a business improvement or optimisation programme, preferable in a mining/resources environment. Business improvement- or business excellence, economical evaluations, improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Theory of Constraints (TOC) (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro) Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
