Support the management of the resolution of client and staff friction points to improve the overall client experience as it relates to fraud risk management considering the overall client experience objections.Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Experience Required
  • Client Coverage - 4 - 5 years of experience .
  • 4- 5 years hospitality management .
  • General understanding of the Hospitality Industry.
  • 4-5 years Experience in all facets of the hospitality service environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder management required and must be strategic and operational in real Estates
