Job Description


Co-ordinate and control the commercial leasing of all Municipal owned property.
Key Responsibility AreasManage and control all commercial leases.
Approve all commercial lease transaction and reports.
Conduct complex commercial negotiations and finalize commercial lease conditions.
Manage and control staff, recruitment, and deployment of staff.
Deputies for the senior manager leasehold.
Foster trusting landlord and tenant relationships.
Participation and involvement in strategic issues.
Monitor and controls budgets.

Essential RequirementsTertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Real Estate or Property Management or related and equivalent qualification.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
5 years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level
Preferred RequirementsTertiary qualification (NQF Level 7) in Real Estate or Property Management or related and equivalent qualification
6 years relevant experience of which 4 years must be at a supervisory level
