You'll set standards for best practices, oversee teams, and drive growth while prioritizing client satisfaction.The key responsibilities of this role include:

The qualifications and experience required for this role are:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management or related field required.
  • Postgraduate degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 4-year tertiary qualification in Marketing/Commercial or Business.
Experience:
  • 5 to 8 years of digital marketing experience, including 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.
  • 8 to 10 years in a similar capacity within Marketing and Communication.
  • 5 years marketing management experience.
  • 5 years experience in marketing.
  • Banking industry digital experience
Technical Skills:
  • Google AdWords and Analytics certification a plus.
  • Experience with SalesForce desirable.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, marketing databases, social media, display advertising campaigns, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Ability to optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, social media marketing tools, ad serving platforms, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google MCC, Facebook Business Manager, and Power BI.
  • Intermediate-Advanced Google Marketing Platform Experience with a focus on SA360, DV360, SA360, and Campaign Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Programmatic buying.
  • Strong leadership, client experience, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data analysis, research methodologies, and principles of financial and project management.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations.

  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing team by embedding formal digital performance development and informal coaching. Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members.
  • Ensuring succession plans for key roles. Managing gender and race targets.
  • Actively work to improve CIB MCR BEST scores by taking responsibility of aspects of the outcomes, developing action plans, overseeing these, and reporting regularly on progress made.
  • Manage the Performance Development (PD) process in compliance with prevailing guidelines by contracting PD plans, conducting health-checks, ensuring constant feedback on contracted PD's, etc.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to help create a highly effective function, demonstrating one Team behavior and fostering a positive working environment.
  • Provide exceptional stakeholder support that builds trust in the working relationship, confidence in our expertise, and a positive reputation for the wider function.
