We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and drive the digital presence for a prominent organization with a strong focus on agriculture and sustainable development.Role Overview:As the Manager of Digital Social Media, you will oversee the digital and online marketing initiatives, managing the brands social media presence across multiple platforms. This is a key role that involves developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and engaging with a broad community.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the creation and execution of digital and social media strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's branding and marketing objectives.
• Content Management: Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience. Oversee the production of posts, stories, and email marketing campaigns.
• Community Engagement: Manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and emails to foster strong customer relationships.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital platforms, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all digital activities adhere to established policies, and proactively manage risks associated with digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Education: National Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with at least 3 years in a coordination role.
• Skills: Expertise in content creation, digital marketing tools, data analysis, and a solid understanding of the business environment.
