Job Summary Our client is seeking an experience agricultural professional to lead the establishment and management of their Farmer Academy. As the Program Manager, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to design and deliver training programs for farmers, ensuring their development in agricultural best practices, finance, and food quality control. Key responsibilities include developing and updating training curricula for internal and external use, organizing and delivering educational programs, workshops, and seminars, and monitoring and evaluating program outcomes to ensure effectiveness. Requirements for the role are a postgraduate qualification in Agriculture, HR or Learning & Development, 5+ years of experience in designing and managing training programs, 5+ years of experience in agricultural farm business management and knowledge of agricultural regulations.
