• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Operate machines / equipment in accordance with safe work instructions. Adhere to safety and housekeeping as per company procedures and OHS Act requirements including its associated regulations.
• Team Management: Supervising and training field service personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Planning and overseeing the scheduling of field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Customer Service: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Performance Monitoring: Reviewing service reports and monitoring performance to enhance service delivery.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (mechanical / process) and five to eight years related experience. Valid Driverxe2x80x99s license.
• Computer literate- Microsoft (Excel / Word / Powerpoint); ERP Software; Q-Pulse; E-Proc
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
