Job Summary ND/BTech/BSc Food Sc; SA Food/Meat Acts; Meat export exp. 8-10 yrs of FSMS exp QC/QA, in red meat abattoir and Mngt Systems Dev/implement/ maint/ update/train/ staff mngt/docs cntl/audit/CI/ tech. advice PRP/GMP/HACCP/ FSSC 22 000/ISO 9001/ HAS/SHERQ/exports/SOP/animal welfare /complaints/NCR/RCA/ CAPA/ feedback/ mngt changes to SOP/regulatory needs/follow-ups/ traceability/recalls. Define/set/ update specs/criteria/ cntl outsourced testing/schedules/interpret results. Facilitate CI/NPD raw/pack mat./final products/trials/tech advice pathogen/SOP/risks/ changes to laws/export laws/trends/client needs. Define/mngt/docs needs/retention/approval authority FS/QC/mngt systems/laws/maint verification data/records contractors re. QC/FS/ops on site. SQA/mngt raw/pack material/ingredients/approve labels re.l aws/verification. Inspections/ (Non-)Production/storage areas. Cntl/facilitate internal/ external/certification/export audits/ manage regulatory authority visits/audits/ needs updates/on-site meat inspection body & Veterinarian. Evaluate training needs/ competency levels for FS/hygiene/QC/draft modules/train.
