Manager: Technical Accounting: As a Consultant: Technical Accounting, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance across our client's operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical accounting queries and projects
Develop and operationalize internal accounting policies, fostering consistency and best practices
Contribute to special accounting projects, bringing your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency
Assist in evaluating accounting implications for mergers and acquisitions, playing a key role in the company's growth strategy
Facilitate training sessions, empowering finance teams with cutting-edge technical accounting knowledgeRequirements:Honours/Postgraduate or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CA(SA) certification required
2-3 years of experience in technical accounting, preferably in telecommunications or financial services
Strong knowledge of OHADA/IFRS accounting standards
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills
Adaptability to work across diverse cultures and geographies
