This includes both the supplier relationships and negotiations for defined strategic spend categories which are critically important to the financial and operational success of the business. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards, while securing beneficial terms and long-term advantages through negotiations.Additionally, the Category Manager is responsible for providing direct support to the Category Director and effectively facilitating the implementation and management of supply market strategies for these categories. This involves delivering actionable insights into market trends, financial opportunities, and risks to support strategic business decisions.
