Manage the strategic organisational effectiveness approaches of the University; facilitate organisational change to business processes, systems and organisational culture in support of the University's strategic Vision and plans.
Work with Faculties, Departments, Units, and teams across the University, which includes empowering and supporting Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs) through all initiatives of change, continuous improvement, institutional effectiveness and performance improvement.
Be responsible for the design and implementation of the University's Performance Management (Performance Leadership & Engagement) strategy and processes.
Be responsible for all Change Management and Organisational Development initiatives allocated to the Human Capital Department.
Work with University leadership and all Human Capital functions to facilitate the creation of an environment that is conducive to the attainment of Vision 2030 and its strategic objectives.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Honours' degree (NQF 8) in Industrial / Organizational Psychology or equivalent in a relevant field within Human Resources Development
Certification in Change Management Methodology e.g. PROSCI or similar will be advantageous.
6 - 8 years' experience as an expert in Organizational development with thorough applied knowledge of Change Management, Organizational Design, Performance Management, Climate and culture assessments, Employee Engagement and Strategic Workforce planning in a large organization.
Project Management certification will be advantageous.
