  • Deliver on initiatives as per agreement to ensure business case value delivery.
  • Consult on the relevant project initiative changes.
  • Facilitate workshops with the business to determine client needs.
  • Conduct business engagement and stakeholder management sessions.
  • Ensure understanding and conduct research of best practices into structure and delivery of client requirements..
  • Provide and coordinate end to end business requirements to the business and system analysts.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to identify enhancements if required.
  • Ensure proposed changes are aligned to business objectives and strategy.
  • Provide information to appropriate parties to deliver on projects.
  • Conduct Business, process, system testing.
  • Understand and articulate all aspects of the delivery of projects and the interdependencies across the various areas.
  • Provide SME input in to relevant project and programmes.
  • Review and sign-off on requirements for relevant project initiatives.
  • Build business cases.
  • Identify issues and risks.
  • Drive problem resolutions.
  • Identify project , process, and system improvement opportunities
  • Analyse MIS and report findings.
  • Keep abreast of legislation and other industry changes that impacts on role by reading the relevant newsletters, websites and attending sessions.
  • Understand and embrace the Nedbank vision and demonstrate the values through interaction with team and stakeholders.
  • Improve personal capability and stay abreast of developments in field of expertise by identifying training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from managers.
  • Ensure personal growth and enable effectiveness in performance of roles and responsibilities by ensuring all learning activities are completed, experience practiced and certifications obtained and/or maintained within specified time frames.
  • Ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders by maintaining knowledge sharing knowledge with team.
  • Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.).
  • Participate and support corporate social responsibility initiatives for the achievement of key business strategies.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance processes, systems and policies and support implementation of new processes, policies and systems.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
  • Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred QualificationProcess Redesign / Business Analysis / Design Thinking qualificationMinimum Experience Level
  • Minimum 4-6 years working experience (business or IT)
  • 2 years practical experience of the business/process analysis discipline building financial services solutions
