Plan, lead, control, organize and manage the key performance and result indicators associated with the payroll and leave functions for the eThekwini Municipality, through the implementation and alignment of statutory legislation, conditions of service, collective agreements, council policies and procedures, systems and controls guiding critical payroll interventions, applications and outcomes and providing the necessary interpretation, advice and guidance relative to the remuneration and recruitment strategy of all employees, councillors and section 57 employees in order to ensure accomplishment of the Municipalitys service delivery standards and objectives.Physical Requirements:
