1.Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with in an effective manner and resolved.Promotions, advertising, and all public relations must be co-ordinated for the store in order to enhance the Brand's market share in line with all company procedures2.To grow, develop and build awareness of the product and service offering3.Identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies4.Ability to handle client queries and problem solving5.Maintaining detailed knowledge of the companys product, service, and processes6.Keep abreast of what competitors are doing and trends in the industry7.Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle8.Manage sales efficiencies and processes to ensure customer satisfaction9.To uphold and promote the company values and culture1.Grade 122.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a sales, marketing, and field3.Relevant industry knowledge and experience4.Relevant tertiary qualification in a sales, marketing, and/or technical field will be advantageous5.Must have a valid drivers license
