To drive the Software Asset Management (SAM) maturity and capability initiatives across the Standard Bank Group to minimise commercial, reputational and compliance software risk for the Bank.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Information Technology
• 5-7 Years Software Asset Management experience, including licensing experience, as well as Software Audit experience
• Experience in establishing Software Asset Management policies and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in creating reports and providing insights on software usage, licensing compliance, cost savings, software asset management performance and areas for improvement
• Develop strategies to optimise software costs, including evaluating licensing models, identifying unused or underutilized licenses, and negotiating with software vendors for contract renewals, updates or new purchases
