Our client in the Transportation industry is currently looking for a Manager: Strategic Partnerships, in Sandton, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and manage agreements and amendments related to subcontractor contracts.
• Oversee contract management, including drafting SLAs and maintenance agreements.
• Conduct market research and track tender bulletins to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate skills audits, induction programs, and training initiatives for subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
• Assist with the review of subcontractor subsidy claims, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, costing, and reconciliations.
• Work closely with finance teams and subcontractors to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track and liaise with accounts departments to review and audit monthly subcontractor invoices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve the organizations B-BBEE scorecard compliance.
• Prepare budgets, analyse financial data, and generate reports as needed.

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
• 3 - 4 years of managerial experience in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in contract management, agreement review, and SLA writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office 2016 or newer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Basic accounting knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and government procurement processes is an advantage.
