KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- STRATEGIC SUPPORT & ADVISORY
Provide strategic support and analysis to support the CEOxe2x80x99s decision-making processes.
Conduct research on policy, industry trends, and best practices to inform strategic direction.
Prepare briefing notes, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Monitor the implementation of the organization strategic objectives and provide progress updates.
Perform all duties, including administrative and those assigned to by a CEO, including traveling as and when required.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COORDINATION
Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects initiated by the CEO.
Develop project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
Oversee the integration of projects within CBExe2x80x99s broader strategic framework.
Ensure projects adhere to governance, budget, and compliance requirements.
Project manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Facilitate stakeholder engagements with government, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
Represent the CEO in strategic forums and working groups where necessary.
Develop reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
INSTITUTIONAL PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
Develop and maintain a performance monitoring framework to track organizational goals.
Consolidate institutional performance reports for the CEOxe2x80x99s review.
Ensure alignment of departmental work with CBExe2x80x99s overall strategy.
GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE SUPPORT
Support governance structures, including Board and Executive Committee engagements.
Ensure that reports and documentation submitted to governance bodies meet regulatory standards.
Assist in policy formulation and compliance monitoring.
Maintain accurate record of minutes, resolutions and attendance registers and critical database related to the board and its committees , including CEO management committees.
ADMINISTRATIVE & EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Manage special assignments and ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
Oversee executive administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and records management.
Ensure the seamless operation of the CEOxe2x80x99s office by providing coordination support.
