Responsible to lead a team of support bankers that will provide a proficient support function to the Premium, Growth Banking teams by understanding what matters to the client. To take responsibility for end-to-end people management practices, high-risk routine compliance and client relationships.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

• Business Commerce Degree (FAIS related)

Experience Required

• 5-7 years Previous experience in Relationship management, leading teams as well as experience in Risk and credit.
• Relationship Banking, Business Banking Client Coverage.
• Agric experience is preferred.
