Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar qualification
- Relevant SAP Certification / Business & Systems Analysis
- Experience with SAP MM integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and SD
- Experience with SAP MM integration with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and SD
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes
- Experience across SAP industry solutions is highly preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in SAP support, consulting, implementing and configuring in the MM streams. Experience in the Motor Industry and / or an Industrial Plant environment is an advantageKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the functional availability and QOS of the MM modules including performing daily routine tasks and maintenance.
- Maintain SAP MM master data, including materials, vendors, and purchasing info records
- Maintain SAP MM purchasing documents, including purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and requests for quotation
- Maintain SAP MM inventory management, including goods receipt, goods issue, and physical inventory
- Maintain SAP MM pricing procedures and conditions
- Provide end-user support and training for SAP MM processes and procedures
- Interpret business requirements and provide solutions including gap analysis, business process engineering and mapping, configuration, testing and roll out
- Identify, and recommends opportunities for productivity improvements and implementations where agreed.
- Ensure corporate procedures are maintained, including change management processes and escalate incidents to group level where applicable
- Track and manage ERP requests on relevant corporate systems, including incident and crisis management.
