Manufacturing/Production Plant Engineer/Manager - South AfricaA leading provider of innovative water and energy security solutions, are now in search for an innovative Manufacturing/Production Plant Engineer/Manager to join our organisation. In this position, the incumbent will oversee and develop production systems in our factory.Engineering knowledge, great attention to detail, and the ability to optimise production processes for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role.Main criteria/key responsibilities that we seek:Dedicated manufacturing engineer with 5+ years of experience in planning & designing processes. Seeking to improve product quality and reduce costs leading to savings.Improves manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Assures product and process quality by designing quality testing methods.Analysing and reporting on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines and waste management.Be an independent thinker and keen problem-solver.
