POSITION SUMMARY
Position is responsible for the initiation of FCPA MAPP Navigator requests local market related engagements, namely: Meetings & Site Visits, Speaker program & Consultancies and External Engagements (Educational Grants, Business Donations, Corporate Sponsorship, Charitable Contribution, others). Responsible for liaising with the business all MAPP Navigator requirements to ensure completion prior to submission. Is the local Subject Matter Expert on MAPP Navigator transactions and point of contact for any follow-up, record keeping and reconciliation of related MAPP activity. The responsibilities include the development and monitoring of compliance with organizational processes, ensuring compliance with corporate regulations and policies and controlled record keeping of all MAPP initiated transactions
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate and Co-ordinate MAPP activity/engagement plan and timelines with Country Brand Leads and business
Category (Primary Care and Specialty Care) MAPP Nav Coordinator initiates process and provide:
+ Answers on Wizard questions
+ Information needed for My Meeting Request Form(if logistics support is applicable)
+ Populate business rationale
+ Populate in Attendees, Consultants and other engagement parties as applicable with backups
+ Upload other supporting documentation (e.g. Agenda)
+ Collaborate with the meeting owner to Certify transaction
Ensure all related documents are secured and gathered from the business owners, including agenda, business rationale, rational of the speaker selection, FMV etc.
Will have access to Contract Dashboard to void, cancel, or swap a back-up consultant or attendee
Ensure reconciliation and closing out of events
Ensures compliance processes and global policies are followed at the local market level
Responsible for issue management and resolution in local market
Keep tracker for all MAPP Nav projects
Keep records of all e-payments made by the MAPP Nav Service Centre
Shares and implements best practices
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE2-3 years of pharma industry experience.
Bachelors or Tertiary qualification equivalent required
Prior MAPP and meeting/events experience preferred
Project Management experience required
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.Proven capabilities & knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and compliance policies & procedures.
