Job Description
One of South Africanxe2x80x99s leading banks is on the lookout for a Market Risk Analyst to join their team. The company has over 5 decades of experience and is looking for a highly intelligent individual who has vast experience of local and global financial markets. This company continues to prosper and is looking for someone to add to their excellence.Duties:
- Understand institutionsxe2x80x99 strategies and business models in the relevant environments to which the risk types mentioned above relate.
- Develop analytical methods to analyse and interpret risk-based regulatory data submissions.
- Contribute to risk-based meetings with representatives of institutions and their auditors.
- Develop and maintain regulations and instructions governing the statutory requirements for the risk types.
- Develop internal policies and processes for supervising the risk types.
- Qualifications:
- CFA/FRM qualification
- Experience:
- 5-8 years within a similar role
- Python and R
