The candidate will be driving and ensuring proper implementation of Sales strategies and plans in the market. Efficiently manage and coordinate pricing and sales related processes in designated markets in order to maximize PO revenue. Monitors the performance of the assigned countries and routes in order to develop and supply valuable Management information to the assigned Area. Strategic development research in the Area for future opportunities and growth.
Identifying and offering support to Sales team to ensure all opportunities are captured.
Supports to implementing Commercial Policies and Sales Excellence
Monitoring impact of market activities - Return on investments.
Recommends and monitors all Sales Incentives/promotions to gain positive results in terms of revenues and market share.
Monitors market developments and take the appropriate action in order to maintain and/or grow the market share.
Provides an accurate and timely POS forecast, focusing on demand, yield and Local market trends.
Provides early and proactive signaling of changing trends, patterns, calendar of events and market circumstances.
Opportunity signaling towards sales regarding low-load flights and providing competitor analyses.
Professional and persuasive communication internally and with Revenue Management in liaison with the Field Pricer.
Perform regular review of Business Results, Forward Bookings, Segments & Distribution strategy and other relevant MI on assigned markets & routes.
Ensures a timely delivery of the commercial reports - sales weekly Area report, Monthly Reports, Quarterly report.
Achieve budgeted revenue target including ancillary sales.
Provide contract support and expertise to contracted agents to maximize revenue.
Create and maintain customer and agent databases for the sales team to enable easy access to available data and customer and agent details.
Process and maintain non-IATA agent portfolio, COMM-flex and Waiver Management.
Provide support to SA sales with Trade support, trade exhibitions and events.
Handle personalized bookings and reservations from Key customers as referenced by Regional Manager and other KQ leadership.
Job RequirementsQualification (Minimum)
University degree in Business Related Field
Fluent in English
Experience in the airline business.
Knowledge of Revenue Management and Pricing principals.
Ticketing and Sales background.
Altea, Amadeus, Monet, Delorian.
PC skills (Excel/Word).
MI & Reporting tools knowledge.
3 years airline experience in a commercial environment.
