POSITION: MARKETER (FUEL & LUBRICANTS)We have an exciting opportunity at our Agrimark Fuel DC (Eastern Cape), and were seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.Job SpecificationReporting to the Fuel DC Manager, the main purpose of this versatile position is sales and marketing of fuel and lubricant products.Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • 3 Years experience in fuel and lubricants sales environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency.
  • NB: Your own transport and a valid driver's license are inherent requirements.
Key performance indicatorsGrowth
  • Scan the market and identify potential new fuel & lubricant customers.
  • Implement the Fuel & Lubricants CRM (Customer Relationship Management) plan.
  • Introduce lubrication services to customers, including site inspections and site equipment surveys to develop tailer made solutions with suppliers.
  • Attend farmer / producer events and actively promote the Agrimark fuel & lubricants offering to them.
Optimisation
  • Management reporting of functional information and administration (Unicorn & QlikView).
  • Assist the Fuel Planner with demand forecasts and CRM database updates.
  • Manage Lubricant supplier service agreement execution levels.
  • Compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes, and external regulations.
  • Perform site fuel equipment SHEQ inspections to ensure adequate equipment maintenance.
Leveraging Culture & Diversity
  • Engage and maintaining productive and value adding relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders whilst influencing best fit solutions, including sharing of product development knowledge.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Using digital technologies to create new or modify existing business processes and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements.
